At theMainlineStore, we take great care in packing and shipping your diecast collectibles. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Returns or refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The issue must be clearly visible in an unboxing video, where the parcel is shown unopened with the shipping label visible, followed by the unboxing process.
- The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
⚠️ Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of model/variant, or minor packaging dents (as they may occur during transit).
2. Proof Required
To process your return/refund request, you must provide:
- Unboxing video showing the intact package and shipping label.
- Clear images of the product defect or damage.
- Order number and contact details.
Please send these details to support@themainlinestore.in within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Return Approval Process
Once we receive your request, our support team will:
- Review your evidence (video/images).
- Approve or reject the return request within 2 business days.
- If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the address to ship the product back.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved, theMainlineStore will bear the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup through our courier partner.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.
5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within the following timeline:

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during the purchase.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Products without video proof or submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
- Products purchased during sale or clearance events (unless defective).
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
