- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Once processed, you will receive an email notification containing your order tracking details.
2. Shipping Timeline
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
- Other Urban Areas: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–12 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted and reputed courier partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post, to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (as displayed during checkout).
- For smaller orders, a nominal shipping fee is charged depending on your delivery location.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to check the current status of your shipment at any time.
6. Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- Reshipping may be possible at an additional delivery charge.

8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped only within India.
